The staff is very friendly. The decor is quirky and fun, some consisting of mementos of the history of the location. The food is amazing! They have a soup flight, which is ingenious and should be way more common. The short ribs, horse radish mashed potatoes, and green beans were tremendous! I definitely want to go back.

3 Cats is a great place for lunch as always. The service was great. The choices for food are wonderful and it is always well prepared. The interior is fun and playful. Can't wait to go again.

This Clawson restaurant in an old theatre has a cool vibe and interesting artifacts. The bar is intimate and retro. They were short-staffed but gracious, and we didn't mind waiting. The food is good but not exceptional. We'll return, but it won't be in our frequent dining rotation.

Love this place! It never disappoints. Butternut squash soup was delicious. Beet salad was also good, would have liked more beets however.

Very interesting ambiance. I have been there few times, and the food was just ok this time. The service thought was awful. I brought in friends from Canada, and wanted to show them this interesting place, but felt so embarrassed when the waiter treated us very poorly. He never smiled once, and he looked like he just hated to even be there. Very disappointing.

Our first time here and we can't get back soon enough! The atmosphere is so fun and eclectic. The menu is interesting, and well executed. You MUST visit their store next door.

A very disappointing lunch! I had previously eaten at Three Cats and enjoyed the food so I invited my cousin to lunch there. She ordered the half corned beef sandwich and soup and I ordered the corned beef Rueben. It was the worst Rueben I have ever experienced. The corned beef was tough, parts of it were hard and brown, and part had hard fat and grizzle. I couldn't even cut it. It appeared to be old and reheated perhaps more than once. Also, there was not that much of it on the sandwich. I ate what I could as I was hungry. The bread was good but it was smothered with too much dressing probably to cover it up. The server never came back to check on us either. When she finally did prior to giving us our bill she said, didn't you like the bread? I told her that the corned beef was totally lousy, tough, etc. She said she would tell the cook. She then brought us our bill. My cousin also only took a few bites of her sandwich and said her corned beef was the same way so she didn't finish it either. I can't even believe it was Sy Ginsberg corned beef which was what was on the menu. When the server came back she took my charge and said she told the cook what I had said. Nothing was done to make it right so I won't be back.

My brother and I ordered the chicken and waffles for brunch, and after 20 minutes of waiting for our food, we were then notified that you ran out of that meal…Why it took 20 minutes to know you were going to be out confuses me. Also, it appears why we we’re waiting for our 2nd choice for our meal, my wife’s hash meal sat in the window and became overcooked as the hash was very dry and the eggs were overdone. We did not complain at the time because we had already waited for a bit to get our food. For a famous brunch offer of chicken and waffles to run out at 12:30p when you’re only opened from 10a-3p also confuses me… We might come back as the service was good and atmosphere is amazing. I’d say we’d have to be certain that we’d get the chicken and waffles to ensure of our next visit.
