We had our Xmas party for 6 diners outside on the parklet side at 530pm. It was full of people smoking and drinking mainly and the sun gave us heatstroke but apart from that we had an enjoyable time and it was also happy hour so that was a plus. Staff friendly, attentive, our meals didn’t take long either :) Food was amazing I had the ribeye medium rare w/ green veggies in garlic butter. Juicy and tender just the way I like it. Huge portions. Everyone else had decent size iterations of various style burger meals. I also tried the Cajun chicken bao which was crunchy and softly spicy delicious. The Mac n cheese croquettes were also perfectly crunchy and gooey inside. Overall a fun experience however would probly sit inside for dinner nxt time around. Thank you

We had a fabulous lunch experience today. I can’t fault the level of service, the quality of the meals was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I will be back. This is a great pub

Great value and quality pub food..steak was sensational! Bit noisy in the dining area but seating outside was lovely ambient setting. Central location and good vale for money.. happy hour 4-6pm 😊

The food and service was pretty great, first time coming here based of those reviews where knowing food was good but ambience/decor was not the priority. Seated in a semi walled off area but plaster marks all over wall- our family photos look like we have a unfinished house project behind us!! But an easy fix- Get a coat of paint on those walls pronto to make such a difference to how people feel being in there otherwise a really nice dining experience for a small family birthday gathering

Definitely worth a meal here. Good service. Furniture old and sticky but it is under some improvements currently. Will return for sure.

The Sunday Roast is always fanatastic, I had the ceasar salad which has gotten much better over the last few months with ample chicken and bacon, the staff are attentive as always, particularly the bar manager/hotel manager. Recommend it highly

Great food, great value and great service. The place has a very local vibe and whilst it was a busy Sunday lunch, it wasn’t noisy and we were able to hear each other chat.
