Had dinner here and it was absolutely amazing!! The service, the food, the atmosphere all top notch! Our server, Miguel, hands down best server I’ve ever had. He made our dinner worthwhile. It was truly an amazing experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re staying in Indian Wells!

Fabulous food and service. Very noisy but it was spring break and the restaurant was filled with families so I imagine it's not normally that energetic.

Portions are small and every dish was a tease. Eat a slice of pizza or something prior before you go there. Service was slow, because there was a big party. Keep in mind this is a hotel restaurant so it can get quite busy. The food rolled out quickly because we ordered everything at once. Restaurant chairs were uncomfortable with poor back support (orange chairs). Overall the food flavors were great and vibe was good.

I had the Denver steak which was so tasty—expertly seasoned, cooked to perfection. Try the Yucca brûlée as the side. And then there’s dessert. The Flan with the manchego cheese is simply epic—smooth, creamy, and the perfect sweet and savory finale to an unforgettable meal. Tia Carmen is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. After looking at the menu, we almost chose a different restaurant because the menu had several things we hadn't heard of. We are so glad we decided to take a chance and try something different. The "fancy" southwest inspired food was so delicious!! Starting with the "fried bread" and ending with the amazing desserts, we had 2 out of the 3 on the menu, everything was great!! And, Kevin, our waiter, was great! We definitely will go back to Tia Carmen as soon as we can!!

Echoing another reviewer—Quick, book your reservation here before everyone finds this gem! The most inventive, fun, seriously delightful cooking in the desert. If you want old school, go elsewhere. If you want to taste new dishes made new and delicious ways, this is your place. And focus on trying the small plate menu.

This place really makes true commitment to wuality in service and food as its counter partnin AZ. The restaurant is nice and quaint. Service is on point and food presentation and flavor were great! I ordered the trout and they debone it table side, its a beauty to see this happen next to you. Desserts are not that small, so dont order two to share as it will be quite a bit. However, they are worth it!

We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The crudo appetizers was amazing. Hamachi tuna in a coconut broth with fennel and chili oil. So many layers of flavor. I had the Norwegian halibut with couscous topped with crispy leeks. Fish was perfect. My husband had the Denver steak topped with bone marrow butter with mole sauce. Perfect steak temp. The desert was the flan with shaved manchego cheese. Flan was silky and fluffy the salty cheese and the moscato wine all went well.
