Owner-chef Kevin Cousin and secondary, Sous Chef Rebecca Bates supervises a creative menu dominated by a nice range of Italian dishes and seafood entrees. The experience from start to finish was great. Greeted warmly and our server Madisin was wonderful. She told us all about the specials and answered questions about a cocktail. The food was wonderful....different sauces like the lemon aioli with the risotto balls and the sundried tomatoes pesto with bread brought a different level to the dishes. We will be back!

Great food and service. We ate at the bar. Had a reservation for 745 and when we arrived the girl told us our table was being prepared and would be ready in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, I looked at the table they were making and someone else was sitting there. She said they were there before, not true at all. Our table became available 30 minutes after we arrived, unacceptable so we decided to stay at the bar.

This is our second visit in less than a week! We first came for dinner before a show and loved it so much that we had to bring the whole family back for a birthday celebration. Outstanding service and incredible food—an absolute chef’s kiss!

My best friend and I visit at Tosca as often as we can. The food is always magnificent, and it is such a great atmosphere to stay and visit. It's warm, inviting and quiet. Perfect place to catch up and enjoy exquisite food and drinks. Very grateful for the talented people here.

Went there for Valentines Day for the 1st time with my husband. Everything was great from food, drinks, service. There is not one bad thing I can say. I will definitely be going back! 🥰

Valentines dinner was disappointing. My wife and I have been here multiple times for Valentine’s Day and keep coming back for the great food, service, and most of all the ambiance. It’s small, cozy, and romantic. Tonight we had 5:15 reservations so we were one of the first ones there. They then walk us out of the main dining area to what could be described as a bright white storage room. Zero ambiance. We felt the room was a storage unit they converted to extra seating that day. Very disappointed! All we talked about the whole time was how upset we were that we didn’t say anything when we got there. We just wanted to give it a chance. I understand the owner wants to capitalize on Valentine’s Day but don’t give your costumers a poor experience for a buck. I didn’t make reservations a month in advance for that! You let us down!
