Tratto is headed by Chris Bianco who is a James Beard award-winning chef. Reservations are highly recommended as the seating fills fast. Parties over six are required to have reservations. Walk-ins are always available at the bar top on a first come first served basis. The menu is small but well thought out and balanced. Try the Farinata, which is a thin savory chickpea crepe. Fill up on a pan seared double-cut pork chop or the grilled two wash ranch piccolo chicken. Tratto has a small wine list heavily focused on Italian reds and whites that will perfectly compliment the cuisine. Cocktails and draft beers are also available.

Polenta side dish interesting. Chicken full order left 2 ladies hungry - no way it came close to $50 value. Lemon pasta was crazy good. May return for happy hour deals

It had been a while since we last went to Tratto, not since they moved. I'm sorry we waited so long. What a great meal. Every recommendation from our waiter Aiden was an exceptional choice. The complimentary radishes were delish, and I don't really even care for a radish let alone all of them. My partner and I shared plates and it ended up being the correct amount of food for us both. We left with full bellies. Would love to repeat soon.

Tratto is highly thought of and recommended by many. I was not particularly impressed. The menu is limited, the food was only fair and the service was adequate but nothing special. And, for a fairly average meal, I thought it was overpriced.

We have enjoyed dining with you many times in the past and you delivered again. We had an amazing meal this past visit with excellent food and service. It was one of those magical experiences that only restaurants can deliver where you get wrapped up in the food, service and ambiance and forget everything happening in the world around you and your living in the moment. We loook forward to dining with you in the future!
