   We arrived and they could not find our reservation although it was confirmed on Opentable. We were seated at a table that was missing some of the place settings. Our salad arrived then the bread and within 5 minutes our entees arrived even though we had barely touched our salad. There were multiple tables where the guests had finished their meals and left that were not cleared/cleaned for the entirety of our time there. One of our seats was missing the seat cushion. With all of that said, the food was very good. Pizza was wonderful but the poor service took away from the experience.

   We really enjoyed the dinner and the attention from the staff. They were very nice. We were celebrating birthdays and they made us a special desserts. Our dinner was great. We had the tenderloin which was perfectly done, the veal chop which was so tender we couldn’t believe it, the rigatoni and the orecchiette. So, we definitely had plenty of variety to provide a review. We told others about Isolana. We will be sure to dine there again the next time we are in Turks.

   We went on a windy night. Small seats about 15 tables inside and 10 outside. Our reservation was for outside, they accommodated us inside with no wait. Service was great, food was great, drinks were great! Little hidden italian gem! Will return on our next visit. We got a pizza to go for our other guest and they said it was delicious.

   Solid italian food, not great, was good. The ambiance was great. The staff spent too much time staring at their iPad ordering devices instead of talking and paying attention to customers. Food was good/solid, not at the great level. Would recommend for a solid Italian meal on TCI.

   Ordered chicken Parmesan that came out undercooked. Wine was ordered to the table that didn’t end up coming out till after the meal. Bad service and food wasn’t great.

   We loved the restaurant and the staff was excellent…except for our server. Not attentive, not responsive and very dismissive

   We loved this place so much we ate here four times over our 5 day stay. Sooooo delicious!! And hopefully Ben is there when you visit. You’ll know if he is. Super friendly, walks around talking to guests, honestly the best customer service we experienced on our whole trip.
