Dining at Silky Oaks Lodge celebrates the abundance of fresh ingredients harvested in Tropical North Queensland’s rich food bowl. The dining experience combines local ingredients with the nation’s finest premium produce in a refreshing and contemporary Australian menu. The Treehouse Restaurant welcomes visitors for lunch between 12-2.30pm.

Please note that children under 10 years of age are not permitted due to safety reasons.

Perfect! Beautiful venue in the forest overlooking the Mossman river, excellent food and first class staff and service. A “must do” when staying in FNQ.

This place is amazing and highly recommend. Attention to detail is exclusivity and everything they do is for that feeling. Well set out and makes you feel like you are the only ones there. Thank you for making Valentine’s Day so special for us.

The Treehouse restaurant in Silky Oaks is one of the very best restaurants between Cairns and Cape Tribulation. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere sitting above the river with all the beautiful fauna and butterflies, listening to the water flowing in the creek below, was absolutely stunning. The food is purely amazing! Everything is fresh, interesting and beautifully served. The cocktails were delicious as well! This was our second time here and hopefully one day we'll get to visit once again.

Fabulous lunch, the food was absolutely delicious. All members of staff were friendly, courteous and the service was first class. The restaurant is set on a lovely covered deck surrounded by trees, and the river below bubbling over rocks and sand. It was a lovely place and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Douglas or the Daintree area.

We came here as a party of 7 to celebrate a birthday. The service was amazing. We chose the $110 menu which included a choice of 3 entrees, 3 mains and 3 desserts . You will not be hungry. The majority of us chose the ceviche, short rib and sago and chocolate dessert. Totally recommend as a special place to go to. A 25 min drive from Port Douglas.

This is our third visit to this restaurant. I must say it only gets better! The ambiance is amazing, the food and service is exceptional. The waiting staff do everything they can to accommodate. A really special experience 🫶
