Hi Neighbor!

At Trestle, we remember a time, not too long ago, where people took pause to enjoy a meal in the presence of great company, giving it the reverence and respect deserved. We provide a dining experience served in courses, with the satisfaction and warmth found at a family gathering, creating the foundation to a proper meal.

Every day we feature a changing 3 course prix fixe menu with choices on each course for $45/person. We will have an optional additional pasta course for $12/person. Unfortunately, we do not offer ala-carte options.

We are able to accommodate vegetarian options nightly. We do our best to accommodate other allergies/restrictions based on the menu for that evening.

Due to our limited spacing, we can accommodate parties of 8 or less only.

    Was expecting a more elevated fine dining experience but was in fact unsatisfied with the evening. The four course dinner started with no explanation of the food that did happen at other tables. The highlight of the dinner was the soup. There were two main dishes, a fish dish and a steak dish and I chose the steak. It was only offered in medium rare and well done. My well done steak was not prime beef and was a small portion accompanied by two potatoes the size of French fries minus the crinkles. The second best thing was my chocolate cake desert. I would not recommend Trestle for a special occasion or just a dinner out at the nearly $300 price listed. I felt rushed and underfed.

    Great value for the buck! The food was well prepared. The short rib was to die for. It has an intimate and cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. It is located in the North Beach neighborhood.

    I love Trestle because as a tasting menu that is price fixed at a great deal, you actually have choices in each course (that means you can order 2 different things and share them) and the portions are good sized not micro. Short ribs and scallops were the night's main courses. I don't make either so that is perfect for us. The carrot starter was incredibly delicious and I can't say I would ever order carrots so that's a compliment to how good the dish was. This was our 3rd time here and we brought friends who absolutely were pretty much blown away. There are also usually one or two add ons. This time one was risotto and one pasta. Both were excellent and round out a wonderful meal.
