First time dining here, and won’t be the last. Their bourbon and cocktail offerings are very impressive and creative. They even had 2 non-alcoholic cocktails made with zero proof gin and vodka alternatives which you don’t see often; my wife had one and loved being able to taste the well-balanced cocktail without the alcohol. The dirty martini board with the caviar bump was very unique to start the meal. Caution as the pepper olive is really spicy if you aren’t used to that level of hot.
Our amazing server Eduardo recommended upgrading from the filet to the spinalis cut and wow, what a great decision. We had ordered sauces for our steaks and didn’t even really use them since they was literally perfect in every way. The side orecchiette mac and cheese was tasty and unique in its pasta choice and three cheeses. We skipped dessert this time but saw some of the ones that came out - the carrot cake and baked Alaska caught our eye for the next visit!
Their team works very well together. Service from everyone was excellent, from the young man who made sure our glasses were filled with water, to the ones delivering the food, bussing the table, to Eduardo; even the general manager came over to say hi and leave her card, as we had expressed interest in a future group dining experience to Eduardo.
The bar area is absolutely stunning with the large suspended crystal horse as the focal point. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy the bar experience.
Only feedback was it is super loud, even being in a corner. They had (lovely) live music, so between that and the guests convos, it was hard to hear each other.
It’s an ultra-prime dining experience with top notch service and gastronomy, arguably the best Frisco has to offer and prices reflect that (the au Poivre and horseradish sauces were $14 and $10, respectively), especially being inside The Omni. But it was worth it to us for a special celebratory dinner and we’ll be back with the rest of our family and friends for sure.
