   We had a pleasant dining experience at Trio. The food was very tasty - the service was a bit on the rushed side and not attentive.

   We've dined at Trio off and on over the last 10 years and have always found it okay, a fun local restaurant, but not remarkable. Had not been back in a couple of years. Well - things have changed, and very much for the better. The (somewhat) new chef is excellent and every dish was a huge success. Do not miss the cheddar biscuits or the Caesar salad. Drinks were a great size and very good value. The new decor is more sophisticated, but still has that Palm Springs vibe. Service was outstanding, which unfortunately is rare in the Coachella Valley. We complimented the owner, Tony, on the way out and told him to keep up the good work - he has really turned the corner with this most recent iteration. It's almost like an entirely new restaurant.

   Trio never disappoints! We had a wonderful meal, wait staff were amazing attentive and friendly, but never intrusive.

   We had the best server, Melissa who made it a great experience. My pork belly hash was to die for and my wife said the biscuits and gravy were to best she had ever tasted from a long time lover of biscuit and gravy! Great Easter brunch!

   Food is not worth the price tag. Pastas were swimming in broth style sauces. Also some of the pasta dishes were made with dried pasta despite the menu claiming that they were fresh/homemade.

We wish we had known you felt the pasta had more sauce than you care for so we could have made you new plates that would have been perfect.    Another cool place in Palm Springs. All 4 in our party said their food was delicious. Our waiter was great too. My only gripe was we made reservations for inside because of the heat (good idea), but the seats were in a back area behind a wall where you couldn’t see any other part of the restaurant. Great if you were looking for a private party, but I misssed the vibe of the place.

   Michael was great! Attention to every need. We had the sweet potato cheesecake and it was delicious. Things have changed a bit since the last time we were there but it was great. Thank you so much.
