I recently dined at a True Food, and while the service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient—the food left much to be desired. The menu offers healthy options, which is a plus, but the dishes I tried were quite bland and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected more creativity and taste. That said, it's a convenient choice if you're looking for something healthy while shopping in the area, but it doesn’t stand out enough for me to make a special trip just to eat here.

Always love TF!! The edamame dumplings are my absolute favorite and the Blood Orange Margarita was phenomenal!!

The food was outstanding and my server was very helpful and knowledgeably. The dumplings were amazing and so was the roast beef dip. I will definitely be back.

One dish was inedible (farmers egg dish). Same dish fantastic. Inconsistent food.

I had a truly disappointing experience at True Food. From the moment we sat down, things went downhill. The table was wet, and the menus were dirty and covered in food stains. Not a great start. We ordered the focaccia, and it arrived cold—not once, but twice. Next, the cauliflower with tahini also came out cold. Then, I ordered the Grilled Grass-Fed Tenderloin, which was a complete letdown. It wasn’t warm, wasn’t cooked as I requested, and was the smallest portion of steak I’ve ever seen. The service was equally terrible. The staff never checked in to see how things were, and the lack of attention was frustrating. The only redeeming part of the meal was the ice cream at the end, which was actually good. To top it all off, when the check arrived, I noticed I was charged for two extra ice creams. When I pointed this out, the waiter admitted he was aware of the mistake but hadn’t fixed it. He eventually went to the manager to correct it, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

If you are planning to order anything air fried, call before. The air fryer was broken and two of our party of four had to figure something else out. The dish we chose was less than adequate. The server wasn’t very helpful either, which was unusual. She should have told us the fryer was broken at the beginning because a great deal of the menu is air fried. I will still come back here but will call first.
