As always, the servers were personable and professional and we received our orders promptly. The only thing that took a while was trying to decide what we wanted to eat. My husband loved the lasagna, my daughter devoured her salad, my Panang curry bowl was yum, and we all enjoyed the excellent guacamole and the butternut squash soup. We usually sit outside but it was a chilly day and they found us a "socially distanced" table. Wil be back!

I am a regular customer at true foods. I eat at all the locations and only have problems at century city with the inconsistency of the food. My friend and I went for Christmas Eve dinner and we had to send back our meals twice. Staff was nice and very apologetic but the food was terrible.

The food is good, but it was too cold and drafty in the restaurant and they insisted on keeping several doors open.

Atrocious restaurant. Food and service are not even close to the standards of this chain. Avoid century city location at all costs

The service was so awful we just had to laugh about it. We were the first table in for 10:30 brunch. They told us they only have oatmilk. No other kinds of milk. Just oatmilk. So we ordered coffee drinks with oatmilk. After 30 minutes they told us they realized they don’t have any oatmilk so they are running to the store. Our coffee drinks arrived 45 minutes after we ordered them, cold. The food took more than an hour. Felt like it was run by children. Funny and thankfully we were having a great conversation so we didn’t complain. But we won’t be back.

This place has really gotten worse. I’ve been going for years (at other locations) but this location just is not delivering quality. This review isn’t about one visit. It’s the accumulation of the last three visits.

My turkey burger was dry and burned. It said the burger came with "avocado" on the menu, but they only give you a smear of green puree instead, which is cheap and not "avocado" it's a "avocado spread." But my biggest gripe in burn. Do not serve burned meat to people, it's toxic. They need to train the kitchen staff better and be honest on the menu.
