MacLeod House Restaurant offers an exceptional setting to relax and unwind with family and friends. Timeless culinary classics, featuring the best of Scotland's larder, served with imagination and flair. Settle back with a fabulous cocktail or your favourite malt at the Clavis Bar - a haven in the heart of the North East.

Set within the opulent surroundings of MacLeod House, a spectacular Scottish baronial mansion, nestled on an expansive woodland estate just outside Balmedie in Aberdeenshire.

Available every Friday and Saturday evening with a £25 deposit per person required at time of booking.

Any cancellations within 48 hours or no shows on the night will be charged £25 per person to the card used at time of booking.

Hosted by our Executive Head Chef and his award-winning team, guests will receive the finest culinary experience served in the grandeur of the Trump family's secluded Scottish mansion nestled in the heart of his spectacular Aberdeenshire estate.Chef will work with you to design a menu that suits your event and tastes with the team crafting amazing menus designed with imagination and flair. Our signature cuisine is elegant and modern with an emphasis on taste, flavour and experience.Our Dining Room can seat up to 34 guests and is perfect for a party, event or small wedding. The entire MacLeod House Restaurant, Lounge and Bar can also be used for larger events with a capacity of up to 70 guests.

    The food was of a very high standard, and provided great value for money. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout, with their level of knowledge of the food / wines etc being exemplary. The staff welcomed us to the location upon arrival and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. This location is well worth a visit and is reasonably priced too.

    It was great to see McLeod House open again for fine dining and the service and food and surroundings was excellent.

    The setting and the meals were wonderful. The servers were so kind and the Sommelier so helpful. Excellent

    Enjoyed a lovely meal at Trump's Restaurant and Cellar to celebrate a birthday. The food was very good with some interesting but not eccentric. Staff were freindly and attentive especially Dougy who seemed to be in control of proceedings. We would definitely go back.

    Service excellent, unobtrusive but time,y. All Covid secure. Not a huge menu but different options from other places. Quality of steaks very good. Warm home made breads. Amuse bouche was tasty. Not cheap but 5% vat makes a difference and we will definitely be back

    Food was exceptional quality. Beautifully created, presented and the blend of flavours was absolutely faultless. All of the staff were extremely helpful, very attentive and of a high standard of training. Only area of improvement is it needed some music in the background just to provide some ambience. Also, it got cold towards the end of the evening so could of done with a wee fire. Or maybe should have just ordered a whisky!

    Despite CV19 restrictions the staff were friendly, efficient, professional. Ambience very nice and food first class.
