Overall the food was very good to excellent. I might mention three things. Our table was in the draft area away from the front door as we were in the room not near the entrance. Since it is winter, expect a cold draft for a fair number of tables every time the front door is opened or closed. Second, because it is so hard to keep food hot once served, I suggest that the bowls and plates be heated super-hot before plating. As a third point, this restaurant is pricy, although it is kind of the normal for Park City. Expect the prices for wine to be simply outrageous, likely not due to the fault of the restaurant but the situation in Utah. We ordered the trout and it was excellent.

The Twisted Fern is our go-to restaurant in Park City. The food is always outstanding. We had the elk and trout and loved both dishes. Katie's service was excellent--friendly and attentive. It's not a cheap night out but it's really worth the money.

My husband, six year old son and I were traveling from Raleigh, NC and found this restaurant using a search for healthy restaurants in Park City. We were greeted immediately by Stephanie, our server, and from that moment on, our dining experience was a memorable one. Stephanie was extremely friendly and very attentive towards our dietary needs. We had the brussel sprouts, duck, grass fed burger and shared the peanut butter bread pudding for dessert. All were absolutely delicious! We especially loved the cashew sauce for the brussel sprouts and the chutney served with the duck. All of the food was very flavorful and it was so reassuring to know that most everything is made in-house. Stephanie was an awesome server and made our last night in Park City a wonderful night. Compliments to the chef.

I don’t know how this place isn’t blowing up everyday. Spectacular food and use of ingredients. Everything is flavorful and well portioned. Great to bring a family or a date. We brought a birthday group and we were able to have our fun with photos and the kids. Thank you

The food and service was exemplary. Some of the most delicious and prettiest plates ever seen. Need to work a bit on the ambiance- lowering lights in back main dining room. Would return for sure.
