   We celebrated Valentines here on Saturday, firstly the location is easy to find and as soon as you walk in you’re greeted by member of staff. The ambiance is so lovely and reminded us of a place we stayed on holiday a few years back. The food was fantastic however I would make a small tweak to having the rib eye and have it medium well instead of medium due to the cut of the meat it made it rather chewy as if it was over well done. It wasn’t a heavy night of drinking so the drinks we did have served us well. I’ll like to give special thanks to our waiter for our table on 15th booked for 7pm and a special thanks too Able the manager who was very helpful with small discrepancy on our bill. Overall we’ll most definitely be going back.

   We had a lovely meal, very tasty. The waiter. Forgot our starter,only down fall. Will visit again.

   **Disappointing Experience – Will Not Return** I recently dined at UBA, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. The service was extremely slow, we kept trying to call someone but most were nowhere to be found and the manager(older looking guy with a different shirt to everyone else)(for reference we came in on Wednesday the 18th of sept) this man kept walking around and not even acknowledging us at all, straight of the bat this same manager was at the front desk and seemed very unbothered not once did he greet us as we walked in, just asked if we had a booking straight to the point and took us once I gave my name without even saying another word or still to greet us, once he showed us the table he proceeded to walk off without still saying anything????,we were not offered water not once throughout our time there, not once got asked about second round of drinks or dessert, I had to simply ask for it myself even tho we finished and we were just sat there waiting. The staff seemed uninterested, and when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The flavors were bland on the lamb chops with a lot of fat so we felt like we didn’t eat much leaving a lot of it, we weren’t asked how we liked them cooked but this could possibly be our fault since we didn’t specify either, and the portions were surprisingly small. My only fav thing is the Rock Shrimp Tempura 10/10 the only thing worth the money in that place. The ambiance was good — the music wasn’t too loud,lights were low but it was a nice vibe. Overall, UBA failed to meet even the basic expectations of good service in my opinion maybe they should go through the steps of service with their staff but let’s start by doing that with the manager that was on shift he should definitely learn some manners. I won’t be coming back and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are much better options nearby.

   Lovely regrant and nice and relaxing ambience. Deffo recommend the small dishes. Especially the Korean BBQ chicken 😭 and the crab sushi! Will deffo be back for more!

    The food and price point is amazing. You have to get the Korean fried chicken & rock shrimp. Only let down is the Hoxton hour happy hour is supposed to be 4 drinks but they only had 2 available.
