Happy Hour is always fantastic at Ultra! Food is delicious, Drinks are delicious and Service is fantastic. The lounge offers a wonderful atmosphere for Happy Hour.

I’ve been to Ultra several times and the food, service and drinks are phenomenal. Most recently, I was there for supper with a group to celebrate a friend’s birthday and for the most part it was wonderful. Unfortunately, we seemed to be surrounded by several tables of ‘influencers’ who were constantly wondering in and out of the Gold room, taking constant photos and worried about their hair, makeup and wardrobe. It was extremely interruptive to us an other tables (considering the money we were paying for supper and drinks).

We booked early about 5:00 pm. I had asked to be off to a side and was given the first table beside the entrance way. Next to the cash out area (I’m uncomfortable with people walking by me every few minutes). I asked again to not be in a walkway and they were very accommodating and had a great table. The hostess was great. Bit of a communication problem when I booked. For our meal we had papaya mango salad, 6/10 it was ok, not a lit of flavour other than the chile. (Which we dont adore and they replaced immediately). Tuna Tataki, 8/10, Tuna Tar tar 7/10. Main course ribeye steak 9/10. Sable fish very good 8/10, sides eggplant-loved it 10/10, shrimp rice both very good. Dessert we had a puff pastry with cream filling. The manager came every so often to check in. If we didn’t like something. It was replaced immediately. I think the staff here go above and beyond to insure a positive dining experience. I’d highly recommend, I’d definitely go again.

A perfect spot for a special get together. Amazing atmosphere, excellent service and great food. The value at happy hour is incredible.

A fantastic local spot to enjoy for Happy Hour or Dinner! The food is outstanding, the service is wonderful, the drinks are divine and the atmosphere is superb. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a pleasant evening celebrating a friends 60th. From the moment we walked into the dining room we were pleased with the atmosphere, decor and music. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Just one small note, being a very tall person, I found it very difficult to sit on the couch. Otherwise our dining experience was top notch. We were also the last table to leave after 2am .. Great night!!

Very unfortunate to see a good restaurant go downhill to this level! We celebrated our 3 birthdays there last year and we enjoyed the cocktails, food, music and super amazing servers. This year, to relive the same experience, we decided to go to Ultra again and celebrate once more. Food was average and very little, almost laughable. Drinks, pre mixed and sugary. When asked to make it less sweet, the server gave us attitude that the drinks are pre-mixed and cannot be changed. After spending 600 dollars for the three of us, we were hoping to stay for music and hoped that restaurant will pick up and more happy people will join , just like the year before. The restaurant was dead, and many tables were empty. Despite having empty tables, the rude server came to us and said “you ladies overstayed and need to leave in 5 minutes”. My friend decided to ask the manager nicely if they can get us a table to stay for cocktails and hang out when the DJ was starting to play more fun music. He let us stay. But what made me so disappointed was that our table was not even booked for anyone. The table next to us stayed empty for another 45 minutes. The huge table in the middle, when the 10 people left, also stayed empty. So why they were so rude and pretended they needed the table and that we need to be fair and share the table for the next party???? There was no other party? After staying for 40 minutes, and seeing how rude they treated their customers, we left to Dbar and had a fabulous time.Their hospitality was absolutely awful. They never came back to check in. If a manager is clever enough to see the restaurant is empty and three customers spent 600 dollars on 2 hours, and are willing to stay and order more drinks and have a good time, he would know how to make it welcoming and a pleasant experience. But I guess they are planning to go bankrupt and they don’t care about their customers. My friends and I are regular diners & not choosing Ultra again!
