    I took my husband to this restaurant for his birthday for the second consecutive year, and it did not disappoint. Our server, who is also the GM at Ultra, made our evening truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, solidifying Ultra as one of our favourite dining spots. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a memorable night. In addition to the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Our server was attentive and well-informed, expertly guiding us through the menu with excellent recommendations. He made sure our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed, all while remaining unobtrusive. We didn’t get desserts because we had no room in our tummy but our server surprised us with two different kinds of desserts. Which was so thoughtful of him. The staff's genuine passion for hospitality made us feel truly appreciated as guests.

    The Dining Room and Lounge provides a delightful experience with attentive staff who ensure exceptional service. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, while the cozy ambiance creates the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Highly recommended for Brunch or Dinner.

    The service was excellent and the food was good! However, the food took a long time to come out and the kitchen didn’t seem to keep the servers updated. The manager was very kind and apologetic for the delay so that was amazing!

    Top notch service and excellent food. Went for happy hour and had a great time. I appreciated the the manager checked in occasionally to confirm.
