Great service, lovely atmosphere, did Chef’s tasting and it was awesome. One of my favorite restaurants in Denver.

Excellent place for a tapas date night. We will be going back. Food was superb and breadth of the gin selection was really grand.

Note this is a small restaurant and the aromas for the kitchen are assertive. You’lll likely smell of the place after dining. Food was good and service was kind.

Ruined my new wool coat. Can’t get the grease smell out. Had to change clothes when I got home. Will have to get my coat dry cleaned. Will not come back.

Booked a 9:45 reservation through OpenTable. Arrived on time and was told they would not seat us because they were closing. Why list a 9:45 as an available reservation then? We changed plans to make this reservation and were extremely disappointed to see this level of poor service. No thank you.

Great location in Denver’s Union Station offering authentic tapa and other small plate foods, a well stocked bar with knowledgeable wait staff who can mix about anything you request. The specialize in gin and tonics and the two we had were excellent and generous. Reasonable prices and conscientious of the disparity between front of house and kitchen wages they use a minor surcharge and tip splitting to assure well paid staff that are loyal and professional. Still some menu items we’d like to try so will be returning soon.

The food was delicious and the ambience was amazing. My wife and I share a bunch of small plates and there wasn’t a bad bite. I would highly recommend for a dinner and drinks date night.

Had a wonderful meal at Ultreia Saturday night! We shared the Chef's Feast and a bottle of wine and it was just lovely. Our meal included: the ham croquettes, bacon-wrapped dates, pan con tomate, ensalada de uva, patatas bravas (seriously SO GOOD), the trout, which was excellent, the moorish spiced ribs (fall off the bone), plus the perfect little pastels de nata for dessert. Everything was so tasty, not a single dish missed the mark, and the Granache was the perfect accompaniment. Highly recommend and will definitely dine here again.
