                                                                                                                                              Food was excellent, service great, value for money compared to other eateries close by. This was my second visit to the restaurant & will definitely eat there again. Only disappointment was the restaurant was cold but this was soon rectified by the staff who turned the heating up.

                                                                                                                                              My daughter and I had lunch at United Kitchen. We enjoyed our meal very much. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was utterly delicious. It was prepared to perfection and presented in a way that tempted the senses. The atmosphere was relaxing and we were lulled by the low hum of conversation amongst the guests some of whom were there with children, some with dogs - it is a dog-friendly restaurant with a designated area for dogs - some laden with shopping and others who displayed no obvious encumbrances like my daughter and me. The décor is modern and uncluttered giving a spacious yet comfortable and intimate feel to the restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and left vowing to return.

Not aware it was a dog restaurant as well.my family never allow animals around the table when we eat.in hindsight we should have just walked out.booked in 6.45pm food arrived an hour later.order was wrong adult meals arrived instead of childrens.took so long for the food to arrive my 3yr old grandson fell asleep.had to pay for a meal that could not be eaten.out of lamb at this time on a Saturday night not good.service by staff was poor.asked for bill and waited that long I went to the bar to pay it myself.could not wait to get out of there.will never return and never recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                                                                              I have been to this little gem of a restaurant several times and the service is always good and the quality of the food has been outstanding every time. The restaurant frequently updates the menu, so there is always something new and exciting to try. I can warmly recommend the restaurant and I will certainly be back there many more times.

                                                                                                                                              Visited here before moving off to see a pantomine, we had soup which was really good, had a steak which was a little rarer than we had asked for, but my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I'm sure had we asked they would have cooked it more, although when asking for well done you wouldn't really want it with blood in it when you cut it, my only other issue is when they served fries they automatically supply a pot of mixed plain and sweet potato fries, not good if you hate sweet potato chips, but knowing that now will make me ask for just plain chips only when we visit again!!!! Service was good, catered well for the kids, supplied crayons to allow them to colour in the menus. Didn't have deserts as the starter and main meals were well enough, it was quiet when we went, but hopefully the service will be as good when busier..

                                                                                                                                              My partner and myself were not acknowledged for a number of minutes despite numerous members of staff standing behind the bar. (Having worked in restaurants myself, a minute is a long enough for a customer to wait) Therefor we walked out and went some where else. The restaurant was not overly busy and would of taken a split second to be acknowledged and for some one to say 'I'll be with you in a moment' instead we were completely ignored. Then to be glared at when I got fed up and walked out. Was excited to try here as walked passed a few times and the menu looked great. Need more attentive staff.
