Uno draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, IL. Each restaurant still makes their Deep Dish Pizza dough fresh every morning. Our Chicago Thin Crust Pizzas are jam-packed with bold flavors. And our new Detroit Style Pizza, with its square shape, crunchy and crispy cheese-baked edge and light and airy crust, is a new favorite among our guests. We offer pizzas that are perfect for all meat-lovers, vegans, and gluten-free guests alike!

Today, we are as passionate about craft beer as we are our pizza. We work with quality brewers to bring you a selection of some of the best national, regional and local craft beers. Nothing goes better together than pizza and beer!

I wanted something different today, so I had the Cauliflower Crust with Roasted Red Pepper, Black Olives, and Jalapeno Peppers. It was, indeed, special, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

The food was awful! I ordered a salad, the dressing had a strong bitter taste and the chicken was so salty. My kids did not like the chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks - which they usually eat anywhere. Both got stomachaches right after. Will never go back!

Today I had the Veggie Extravaganza on Cauliflower Crust. It had loads of big chunks of veggies. I particularly like them that way, not always, but once in a while like today.

I had a Craft Your Own Pizza using the Cauliflower Crust. I had all raw vegetables that cook nicely with the crust. They were sliced tomato, slice bell pepper and sliced onion. it was a good 'ol classic from a bygone era.

The service was excellent! Our server and the manager were welcoming and attentive. I tried the Vegan Cheeseburger Deep Dish Pizza. It was tasty. It tasted exactly like an animal beef product. I shared it with someone else who agreed. No need to kill an animal to enjoy this type of food.

I had the always wonderful Individual Spinoccoli Deep Dish. Sarah, the bartender, said it looked great, nice and crispy.

I had the Cheese Please on the Cauliflower Crust. I’ve never had it before. It was a keeper, and I will get it again. It was just perfect.

After decades eating at Uno I had something I’ve never had before. It was the Chicken Spinoccoli Pasta and what a meal it was. I enjoyed every bite, but it was too much food for me. I did, however, finish it. I’m not one to take food home that I did not finish. It was worth every penny.

They jumped through hoops for me today. I had the Veggie Extravaganza on the Cauliflower Crust. You should have seen all of the Veggies. They were piled high and absolutely delicious. Kudos to the whole crew there.
