My husband and me were looking for a place to take our parents for New Years Eve. We chose Vast because the menu for the night had Vegan options and my mother is allergic to pepper. I was prepared to be wowed. The best part was the view of the sunset on top of Oklahoma City. However, the dining experience was not up to muster. We had a reservation for 5:30 for 6 people. We showed up on time and had to wait because they only set our table for 5. Once we were seated they notated our dining options. There was no option for my mom to eat on several courses, though the reservation included her allergy. She ordered a special amuse with no pepper and it was never brought. The quality of the food was VERY underwhelming. The stuffed mushrooms were simple portobello caps that you buy at the store and we got 1 per person. They were the size of a quarter. The Miso pasta had store bought noodles, the quinoa cake was Luke warm and had been sitting for quite sometime. The wait staff was very aware of the issues and apologized profusely, but for a meal that was over $1000- I felt like apologies were not enough. My advice is go to bar and have a drink and enjoy the view, but definitely skip the dining experience.

Went to the lunch buffet and it was delicious overall. Chicken fried steak with gravy, blackened catfish, pork loin and BBQ chicken with various sides. The BBQ chicken seemed a little dry and the pork loin had dryer portions but when you hit the juicy tender spots 🤤🤤🤤. No one left hungry for sure. The mashed potatoes and collard greens were delicious. The soup was black eyed pea soup, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was pretty good! Creme brulee and blueberry mousse for dessert and I could have easily eaten myself sick. Delicious food, fantastic attentive service and amazing views!
