Ring in the New Year at Vespertine. Our New Year's Eve tasting menu experience begins at $795 per person, with the option to add beverage pairings. Parties of 5 or more guests will be seated in our open-air rooftop dining room. New Year's Eve reservations require a $250 prepayment per guest that will applied to your final bill.

Vespertine delivered one of the most extraordinary dining experiences we’ve ever had in the United States, rivaling the caliber of Michelin three-star restaurants abroad, such as Boragó in Santiago. The food was a stunning combination of originality, flavor, and artistry, each dish a masterpiece that delighted the palate and the eye. Service was impeccable, with the timing of each course orchestrated to perfection. The building itself is a marvel, adding a unique and modern dimension to the experience. While the evening was nearly flawless, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The final dessert felt overly elaborate and heavy, making it challenging to fully enjoy at the end of such a substantial meal. The dessert room, located near the entrance, was uncomfortably chilly on a cool evening, requiring us to retrieve our coats. Lastly, the $20 valet charge came as an unwelcome surprise, especially considering the restaurant’s high price point and the fact that the parking lot is private and on-site. A clearer sign or complimentary parking would have better matched the overall premium experience. These small critiques aside, Vespertine was a truly unforgettable dining journey—one we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a world-class culinary adventure in Los Angeles.

Spectacular! CHEF KAHN is truly a gifted, super creative talented humble individual! We have been to Michelin restaurants all over the world, and his vision at Vespertine is truly remarkably beyond memorable.

Our meal was nothing short of extraordinary. The food was spectacular and the team was so warm and gracious. The special wine pairing was outstanding. We’ve been fortunate enough to dine out at many fine dining restaurants and this is one of our top choices. This is by far and away the best restaurant we’ve dined at in LA.

The Vespertine experience is off the charts amazing. This was our second visit (our first was pre-pandemic). Some things have changed about the experience, but what you truly are there for, the food, hasn't and it is absolute art. I've been a Jordan Khan fan for a long time, and every time I'm at one of his restaurants, I'm always awed by his creativity. The menu items always work together to tell a story, but the flavor profiles are so different with each course. The service is first rate knowledgable and friendly. Both times we've visited we've had a great time with the service staff. They know the menu deeply, and love to talk about it, or any other fun topic that comes up. The restaurant isn't pretentious at all. It's a bit like being at home, especially if you sit upstairs with a larger party, sitting on your patio or deck and being served the meal of a lifetime. If you do sit upstairs, definitely bring a jacket b/c it's open air. There's heaters and blankets, but it still can be chilly. We went two days ago and all of us are still thinking about he experience, and not the cost. Which is pretty remarkable considering how costly this restaurant is, but both times I've gone to Vespertine, I've left thinking, 'That was totally worth it!'

Outstanding, thoughtful culinary experience with incredible intent & execution! The food was as beautiful as it was delicious and complimented by artistic service pieces. Thoroughly enjoyed the story behind every dish. And excellent beverage pairings! The music, beverage service & flatware marking were the only areas I could critique as they did not seem to always prioritize the guests’ experience. Truly one of the best meals I’ve had this year, thank you!!!
