Very unassuming from the outside driving into the strip mall, and it was an absolute gem. The food and wine was great, the people were on it, the setting was quiet and personable. Great spot!

Another great meal at Via. However this time it left us very gassy. Not sure why but we had the toots.

First time here and we will be returning. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. Our server Delaney was attentive and focused on making our experience excellent. The food was exceptional. From the homemade bread and oil to the chopped salad, my steak and shrimp dinner and finishing with coffee and Frangelico, it was a delicious meal.

We were a party of eight. Not all plates arrived at the same time, which is always awkward. My food was not hot. The beef was not so tender, but if you order a steak, you should get a steak knife instead of a regular table knife.

This dinner outing was to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday with our daughters. We had the perfect table in a secluded area good for conversation. The food as always was excellent. Service was above average. A great time was had by all.

Took my son and daughter-in-law to Via Toscana for their birthdays. The food was really good, cocktails and wine very nice, and the service was excellent. The pricing was reasonable, and I will definitely go back another time.

We were visiting Boulder for parents weekend at CU and this was ten minutes away and such a nice experience for our group of seven. The food and service are excellent and the ambience was also great. And the pricing was affordable on top of that.
