                                                                                                    Really rude wait staff, it took over an hour to get our entrees even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and we had a reservation. Ignored by our waitress on multiple occasions. Food quality wasn’t worth the hassle. Very disappointing experience, probably won’t be back.

                                                                                                    Viale has been a favorite go to restaurant for years as the food is always good and it is not far from our home. The menu offers a lot of variety. The staff is efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

                                                                                                    Food was good, but our waiter or the kitchen (never did find out) incorrectly ordered my wife’s gluten-free  Bolognese regular. They remade hers, but by the time she received it, my daughter and I, although we both had eaten slowly, were mostly finished and the portion unfinished was cool. When my wife asked the waiter if he entered it incorrectly or was it a kitchen mistake, he abruptly answered, “we are remaking it now”. My wife didn't want to cause a scene, so she dropped the inquiry. All the restaurant did to make it right was remove the gf fee from my wife’s dinner. We were very disappointed with the service as the restaurant wasn't full. My wife had to rush her eating as my daughter had to go meet others. Frustrated!
