From 7:30pm we will be offering a $175 set menu that will include a welcome bubbly. Please check our website for menu offering. Had to wait a long time for our food order. Service was great just slow. I would have expected at least to comp us dessert or coffee with the amount of time we had to wait for our food.

2nd time this month for dinner at the Victor. Was a guest the first time, decided to bring my family for the second. Food was okay for both times, not spectacular but good. Medium rare steak was a little on the medium well side. Great service for both; we had the pleasure of having Eugene attend to us both time. The guy with what I thought was a down under accent, not so much. Family couldn’t understand what he was saying, found him rude and condescending when asked to repeat himself. Will be back for special occasions, but we’re hoping we get Eugene again.

Servers are hard to get hold of and are usually rushing around looking too busy to deal with you. Buffet savory items are about 50% sushi bar and 50% carvery. If you have a child who likes to have pizza or pasta, or if you want some salad, then try some place else. This is not for you. Sweet buffet items were nothing to write home about either. Less than what you’d normally get at a decent hotel buffet line. Price isn’t too bad for what you get, but I’d prefer to spend more and go to a more competent place. Clientele seemed to be full of themselves. Walking around as though they were the bomb and better than you. Not a very pleasant experience overall.

Lovely holiday brunch with my husband and son. We all enjoyed our mains and my boys outdid themselves on sushi and prime rib. My avocado toast and mimosa flight was perfection.

We were very disappointed in the a-la-carte portion of the brunch. We were told that we had to wait between 10-15 minutes for French toast and a poke bowl, but it was more like half an hour, which was slower than the tables beside us. The food was tasty, but service was lacking.

Ambiance was nice, our table was delayed - had a 8:30pm reservation on a Saturday. I think it was due to the holiday season. The restaurant was packed. We got seated about 15 mins after our reservation. Service was a little bit on the slow side so glad our party (6 people) asked for all the appetizers and entrees to come at once. It arrived about 30 mins after our orders. One member of our party didn’t get the medium rare steak he had asked for (received medium) and the Manager was great at taking care of this. However, there was some miscommunication and brought out the same steak well done. Manager offered to comp something for this and on the 3rd try it was still medium. Manager could see how dissatisfied they were so comped the steak and got a dessert platter for the table which was appreciated.
