Pasta al Salto will be an unforgettable evening of Italian flavours, where each dish tells a story, with the pasta courses taking centre stage. Featuring five expertly crafted courses, prepared by Chef Fabrizio Rossi, each course highlights classic flavours with a modern twist, crafted to transport you straight to the heart of Italy. Perfectly paired wines, expertly selected by our sommelier, Daniel King, will be available to elevate each dish, creating a truly immersive dining experience.

First time here. Food is great and wine pairing awesome! I had autumn salad, sea bass, and tiramisu. All were delicious; on top of that, the plating is nicely designed like mini arts. Given the price and quality, I would this is a good value restaurant. I recommend it and will definitely come back again.

The experience is good. This restaurant is a nice spot for a date night for couples. I will recommend this restaurant to our friends. The food is great; I would definitely come back to this restaurant.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We're foodies and have been to most if not all of the fine dining restaurants in the city. This restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Winnipeg, in my opinion. With the next best restaurant being a distant 2nd. Every course was outstanding. The sommelier paired every course for us with a different glass of wine, and the pairings were unbelievable. He also gave us a brief education on each wine and the region it was from, which was very interesting. Start to finish, the experience was amazing. I don't ever write reviews for anything, but this was too good not to share. Great work!! We'll be back soon!

Once again an evening to remember! Valentine's Day is a very important day in our "days of significance" and what better place to celebrate than at Vida Cucina. The 1st class atmosphere, wonderful waiter, and an outstanding selection of foods made the evening very enjoyable. Kudos to the wine expert who suggested a lovely bottle from the Piedmont area of Italy. Our 4th time there and we will be back!

My husband and I dined at Vida on Valentine’s Day. Service was okay. It took quite a while for server to arrive at our table. Food was underwhelming, lacked seasoning and flavour. My cannoli was baked, dry on top and tough to cut. Server asked why I didn’t eat most of it and told him why, he just took my plate away not offering me anything else. My husband’s pasta was okay. Tolani Al Passo red wine was the best part. Was not worth the $450 we spent at this restaurant. Way overpriced!

Food was good, not stellar but still very good. Service was fairly slow but still ok. We were hoping for something spectacular with the food so a bit disappointed but still, a solid experience.

The food was a disappointment. The lamb was so tough that it was not edible. The fish was over cooked and dried. 2 of my guests had an upset stomach right after the meal. Not a pleasant experience.

The service, ambience and setting was lovely! Cocktails and mock tails exactly what we ordered. The food was well prepared, be prepared for pasta Al dente. Wine suggestion was superb. Don’t skip dessert.
