Food -very good Service -very attentive Decor bland -Bare white walls -soul less ! Needs some pictures, maybe some nice wallpaper, white table cloths and some gentle background music ! They are In a very competitive area with lots of mediocre Italian Restaurants, if they take on board what most people are saying and change these small things it could be something special like Villa Bianca Hampstead, which is what the area needs! I really hope they do.

Had high hopes but we were disappointed. We were 2 couples who had both eaten at the original Villa Bianca and at the Coffee Cup. This was a poor mix of the 2. Service was extremely slow. They were lots of staff and they all came regularly to fill up our water and wine glasses but in every other way were lacking. The decor is bland to non existent. Many other tables complained and said they would not be returning. I said that I was booked to be back next week with fussy friends and how one is in social media and the manager told me that I should probably just cancel my booking! They have been open 3 weeks but they are not new to this industry and although the food was OK, it was very much lacking for what we were all expecting. I really hope things improve

We had superb time for lunch and the service was exemplary with good vegetarian choices of pizza snd pasta and desserts were just so tasty

Another fabulous meal. All our food was well cooked and arrived hot. Staff friendly and accommodating . Will definitely return

Our first experience of our new local Italian on NYE was very good. The staff were very welcoming and the service was and the food was very well cooked and presented. I had the mushroom risotto with truffle and my husband had veal milanese with vegetables and salad. We shared a tiramisu. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning

Had a lovely evening at Villa Bianca but it is still very expensive. £145 for two courses and a bottle of wine. That was two people. It could do with a few pictures on walls or other decoration and some gentle music would have improved the ambiance.

On a table where one of us had to move every time diners and waiters needed to access a corner table. Bad lay out. Food was nice but starters were very small for the price. Steak was not cooked to desired medium/well, was still very pink. Then ordered a dessert to share, was brought small plates & cutlery, 30 mins later no dessert. Obviously forgotten. Please note we were one of 4 tables so not busy at all. We cancelled it & got bill. Still charged service charge & waiter was apologetic & gave us limoncello & suggested we asked in future for him personally. We won’t bother.

First visit, will return, exceptional Calamari starter and the Carbonara was best I've had !! Some of the spelling on the on line version of the Menu needs a look !!
