    The cheese stick appetizer was 3 small triangles for over $15 and was not cooked enough and barely warm. The cheese ravioli was good but was over $23 for 5 pieces and was barely warm as well. The bread was the best part….

    Great place. Using the on line app, great reservations. Walked in and were sat in a romantic outside area. Drinks were fantastic. The food, when it arrived, was off the chart. Fantastic Was informed they were 3 chefs down for the evening. Which caused the 1 plus delay in getting food. Wouldn't hold that against them as the food and drinks were that good.

    I hate to complain but we were the first ones in the restaurant and likely the 7th table to be served dinner. My mashed potatoes were stone cold, salmon was crispy hard. Everyone else enjoyed their meal tho

    Too many places to go to bother here. Parking was horrific! Service was very slow!!! Food wasnt worth the price. Underwhelmed. We'll never go again.

    We visit this restaurant every year while staying in Westgate Vacation villas for the month of March. After reading a few of the reviews, we were a little concerned. I must say, however, our experience was fantastic as always! From being greeted by the host Kevin, to meeting our sever, Val, to my delicious martini and our incredible dinner (we had the bolognese and the salmon), everything was excellent. Shout out to Sean, the food and beverage manager at the resort as well! We had an incredible evening and can’t wait to return! Well done everyone! Thank you! PS…nice to see some of the same servers each year we visit!

    Very disappointed very average for an upscale restaurant Service terrible no one seemed to care One Pasta arrived cold no serving utensils for salad Other pasta came so hot the server put it at the end of the table saying it was too hot to carry- was I supposed to do it

    Overall nice place for a meal. Very clean and comfortable except the music it too loud for a quiet dinner. Waitstaff is attentive but not hovering. Food selection was nicely varied and the smaller portion option are an excellent idea. Only disappointing thing was the failure of their internal computer system making paying the bill frustrating.

    Once again, we had a great dining experience at Villa Italiano. Outstanding food. Exceptional service and a great atmosphere. My only complaint is that it's usually quite cool in the restaurant so dress warm or bring a sweater.
