Sherwood Inn's Vintages Restaurant offers exceptional culinary fare on the shores of Muskoka's Lake Joseph for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well known for its elegant décor, delectable cuisine, exceptional service and award winning wine list - Vintages at Sherwood has been a long standing favourite for both resort guests and the public. Vintages is the ideal Muskoka restaurant for a romantic meal, group dining party or celebrating a special occasion in style. Join us for live music on the patio most Fridays, and every long weekend Sunday this summer!

In addition to the extensive selection of appetizers, entrees, and deserts offered on the dining room menu, Vintages’ Executive Chef will often prepare special menus in celebration of holidays and special occasions including Valentine’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and more!     Food tasted great as always. Main course was very late. Every time the servers would show up something wasn’t there. Was almost done my main course when they came to check on me. Server was talking about how busy they were. Was there 6 months ago and the menu hadn’t changed. First time ever paying for water, it was $24 for 3 people. Won’t be returning

    Hi Dana, Sorry that your last experience wasn't the best. Glad to hear you enjoyed the food. Here at Sherwood we strive to provide an elevated experience with high service standards. It sounds like you might've been given bottled water and was probably a miscommunication on the servers end. Our sincere apologies for mix-up. The menu's change every 5-6 months or so. We do offer featured items/menus quite often, like our Muskokalicious menu from March-April. We hope that you give us another chance in the future. Have a wonderful day!

    The butternut squash soup was bland; the meal was ok. What bothers me is that this in prior years there was a three course meal on thanksgiving at a reasonable price; not this year; everything was separately priced. They seem focused on finding new ways to extract money from clients; and this includes the 5 ounce glasses of wine.

    Have not been back to Vintages in several years. This visit was not as remembered in the past. Quite Disappointing, the food was only fair at best and the service slow and non existent (especially at breakfast). Do not plan to try again.

    Once again, we had a stellar experience at Vintages. Every dish was beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. And service was top-notch.     Amazing Rack of Lamb item as well as my wife also raved about the Pickerel menu item! Both were fabulous although quite pricey, I was not disappointed with the quality of the selected dinner item as well the service was excellent !

    Service was incredibly slow….no fault of our fantastic server Corey…she more than made up for the slow service as they were very short staffed because 2 servers called in sick! Chase who came out singing with my birthday dessert was a great guy! Looking forward to our next time!!! Thanks!
