Lots of hiccups. Service had some attention and timing issues. Empty plates from appetizers were never removed from the table. Refilling water was a hassle. Food was ok just super greasy. Had to have assist from a manager to sort out issues with the bill. Just hope it was an off night but not sure I’ll be running back anytime soon either.

The waiter was rude with my friend and me, I suppose because of we don’t speak English like a native but it is not a cause to be rude like throwing the forks on the table.

I went with a friend of mine who I haven’t seen in years. The food was delicious, drinks were too but they were too tiny. I am not sure why they seated us on high top instead of standard seating as requested during reservations especially when the restaurant was very empty. The second floor is where the flowers are and first floor decor is industrial. Our server never checked in on us, getting drinks took a very long time (again restaurant was pretty empty and drinks were watered down), she also never asked us if we wanted to order anything else. Instead the server, Katyleen, was pushing us to pay as she kept interrupting us by bringing the check. After she brought the check first time, we ordered dessert and additional drinks. Then she showed us again with check and then with the credit card machine for us to pay. She was extremely rude when we told her we weren’t ready to pay, gave us an attitude and called us rude instead. This issue was brought to the manager who gave us one round of free drinks. While I really liked the food and Thai chili margarita but the bad service and treatment from the server really left a bitter taste.

Our party of 6 received deplorable service at this poorly managed establishment. Three of us waited one hour for drinks (the others were delivered), and when we walked to the bar we were told there was one bartender for 200 guests. Our waitress was in tears after advocating on our behalf with both manager and bartender. Finally, 3 of us sat at the bar and said we would not leave until the remaining drinks were delivered. There were other "delivery" mishaps, as well. The restaurant did not charge us for the beverages but the way management treats staff and patrons was surprising to us.

Poor service. We were a table of 5 adults and 1 kid. We received our plates about 30 minutes, while my mom waited 40 minutes for hers and her juice. My son who is 2, never received his meal after waiting 45 minutes so we got food elsewhere. It wasn’t until we told our server to forget it and to give us our check, that she said the fryer broke. She dismissed us the whole night and we saw the manager walking about and she never stopped by our table. Really frustrating considering the food that we did receive, did taste good. But we didn’t receive 3 dishes out of the 7 we ordered.
