                                                                                                                            Food was great. Had the filet and sweet potato. Service was great, friendly and efficient. Noise was loud especially since there are so many tv’s and sports games were on.

                                                                                                                            Excellent service , good value,buffet was good, reservation was at 3pm and were seated at our table at 3 01 pm , would definitely go back for Thanksgiving Dinner again.

                                                                                                                            Thanksgiving was a madhouse. We had reservations but had to wait. Wait for a table! Food was subpar and out of half of it when we sat down finally for the meal. Dessert was gone and no turkey was carved… I was in the military and it felt like galley cooked and unseasoned food made in mass quantities. We should have left and went to BOB EVANS. the upside was that our waitress was the sweetest and most daunting lady. She took great care and pride in serving us. There was way too many people for the amount of food available and no where to wait. We won’t be returning for thanksgiving.

                                                                                                                            Thanksgiving day buffet. Wonderful server (Josh)! Kenzie also helped us purchase $200 in gift cards because of the promotion. Thank you Kenzie! You are a star! We had reservations for 3 weeks for 4 at 11:30 AM and were seated at 11;:34 AM. Unfortunately the host (a woman with a Thanksgiving motifs shirt on with pumpkin pie, turkey, etc.) came over to our table 1 1/2 hours later and pointed to a big group of customers and said, “The party who has reservations after you [she pointed] IS HERE.” In other words we got thrown out. Oh well. We’ll be back because we bought a $200 gift card. But Walnut Grill’s logistics need work. Not fair to spring that on your paying customers.

                                                                                                                            First time at Walnut Grill, steak was burnt black/dry. Very slow service, 1.5 hrs when the restaurant was less than half full. Waiter was excellent, kitchen sub par.

                                                                                                                            Four of us had a steak dinner three of us got the fillet one of us got the sirloin. They were all cooked properly. the dinner was very good. I recommend the Demi glaze on the side along with the Gargola bacon butter overall we were satisfied.  our waitress Joelle was exceptionally good.
