At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

Water’s is always excellent. My wife and I had the oysters “Texafeller”, the Cajun scallops and the Atlantic Char. All excellent. Very nice cocktails as well.

Nice atmosphere. Quiet. Food was very good. Our server helped us navigate nicely and steered us. We did order a bottle of wine and found numerous errors on the menu vs what was received. Check what you've ordered matches what you're paying for and menu states. Note to management, please update your menu to match inventory.

Food was excellent. Waitress was very attentive, professional and friendly. It was my friends birthday and without asking they brought her a birthday dessert with a candle and a hand signed card. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back again. Thanks, Diane K

This is not our first trip to Waters Restaurant, or Bonnell's in general. Very first rate, from the Hostesses to the Waitstaff, to the Chef's who prepare the food. We used the recent occurrence of my wife's birthday to celebrate at Waters, and it was outstanding as usual. Thanks, Tim

The staff are incredible and all work so tirelessly to ensure a wonderful meal Is enjoyed . We came after a Bass Hall production and began our evening with Texas oysters Rockefeller & a crab cake.Both were so delicious and presented so beautifully . We continued to work our way through the menu and had the arugula salad with a big slice of a fantastic heirloom tomato topped with a panko crusted goat cheese and the combo of ingredients was so perfect . Main entrees were stuffed branzino and also salmon over a butternut squash risotto that was melt in your mouth delicious . We topped off the evening with their lemon ice box cake and house made Truffles and a birthday candle too. We loved the entire evening and continue to be impressed by all of Jon Bonnell’s restaurants
