At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters. We strive for only the best experience for our guests, while at the same time being good stewards of our environment and our future.

Great service and oysters. Excellent gumbo. Nice steak. But fish and chips entree was soggy and very fishy tasting like it had been around quite awhile. Good experience but the very iffy entree kinda colored the end of the meal. Over 300 for two w four total drinks so not great value to leave on low note of uneaten entree. A mixed bag.

The service and experience were fantastic! They helped make sure we made it to our show on time which was incredibly helpful. Our server Janelle did an amazing job serving us. The chef special was the best salmon and pasta my wife has ever had! Can't wait to go back

While our service and food were excellent, it was the totally unusual occurrence of dining out with friends in a restaurant where we could all make conversation without shouting over loud music and other diners. What a lovely experience.

Everything about our experience was fantastic! Our server Samantha was top notch and the food was amazing! We loved the atmosphere too. Highly recommend!

We had another great dining experience at Waters. The menu is great and gumbo is the best in Fort Worth. Service is always excellent!

Amazing experience celebrating a birthday! The chef knocked it out of the park with amazing food. Our server was fantastic! Recommended delicious specials and helped choose a delicious wine! John Bonnell really knows what he’s doing with the freshest seafood in Fort Worth, and an excellent wine selection!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Waters! We started with the flight of oysters which were outstanding—they are flown in fresh daily. The manager was very helpful with selecting just the right bottle of wine for our meal and everyone’s entree was delicious and had great presentation. We will definitely be back soon!
