   Overall a 3.5/5. The bone marrow was great, the filet mignon was amazing. My Brussels sprouts came out a bit cold and the lobster tail was underwhelming. I ordered an old fashion which was pretty good, pretty standard. I’ve had a better culinary experience at less expensive restaurants. If you’re in the area I’d definitely give it a try, but my expectations weren’t fully met.

   Food was great, the drinks were delicious. Music was a little too loud. All the staff was courteous and displayed their best customer service.

   Weso never disappoints and tonight they hit on all cylinders. From our greeting to dessert, they never missed a detail. Our waitress, Isa, served us with a smile and sparing no detail. Steaks were well cooked to order and the sides just amazingly delicious. This was our double date night with Jo Koy show to finish the night. We will be back soon.

   The Ambiance, Drinks, food, and service were OVER THE TOP! The reason I cannot give this a 5 star review is because, the kitchen and bar were constantly running way behind WITH the food and drinks. We were told that the reason for it was because they had a lot of food tickets. If your running a top rated restaurant, the fact that you are busy shouldnt be my issue. Prepare and staff yourself properly. Your business shouldn’t be my problem. Luckily Fatima, our server was the ultimate in making sure we were appeased and comfortable. Thank you!

   Celebrated my birthday at Weso Steakhouse and it was a great overall experience. Atmosphere of the place is good, very attentive personnel, from the hostess to the server and management. We were not rushed at all, even though our reservation was at 9:30 pm. Food came out with in a timely manner, appetizers first and dinner plates after an adequate amount of time. Our food was excellent! Great flavors! Well crafted bar drinks. We will be back.

   We celebrated my son’s birthday at Weso last night. It was our first time there and it did not disappoint! It definitely lives up to the high-end hype. It’s a perfect place for celebrations, special dates, or taking important clients. We had the filet mignon. It was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly! For dessert, I recommend the triple chocolate cake. Very decadent! The service, food, presentation, and ambiance were exceptional! The music is at a perfect level to add to the vibe, but not detract from maintaining a comfortable conversation. I highly recommend Weso!!

   Get the ceviche is was the BEST! Not a huge portion, so if you have more than 2 people I recommended getting 2 orders or more per your party as an appetizer. Both the chicken and lamb chops were top tier! Service was incredible and the atmosphere was a vibe! Also received the triple chocolate cake as our anniversary desert. AMAZING.

    I do usually come to this restaurant every time I visit El Paso and the food is always great. I do think the service was particularly slow today and the waiter even apologized for it. Your staff all need to be more attentive and help one another.
