West End was very busy so we had to wait for our table. But it was friendly, festive and as always a wonderful experience.

We ate here after a show at North Coast Rep. There was a great selection of food and everything was delicious. The service was really good too. Our only issue was it was a bit chilly in the restaurant so we wore an extra layer. Also, the clam chowdah had the clams in the shells. Have not seen this before but my father-in-law said it was good. Overall, we were happy with this restaurant and will eat there again!

We really appreciated the very quick service since our son visiting from the East Coast was on ET, and his flight was a bit delayed. The burrata arrived within minutes of our son's ordering it, as did his beer and bread. The chicken he ordered followed soon after, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband I shared the Maui shrimp and the crab-stuffed ravioli in lobster sauce, both delicious. We have been coming to the West End Bar & Kitchen for many years through several changes of name and ownership. It is an ideal neighborhood venue, both in the beautiful enclosed outdoor space and inside.

I had a friend in from Charlotte, NC who I had not seen for sometime. West End was a perfect setting to catch up and reminisce. Fernanda and Christian's service was outstanding as always. Upon my recommendation, my friend had the clam chowder (one of the best in San Diego) and the salmon burger - he loved everything. My meal was enjoyable as always. Thank you all for making this special lunch so nice. See you again soon.

This was our first time but a fave of our daughters… it was fabulous! The calamari was amazing, as was the crab ravioli and hazelnut gelato… a great wine list, wonderful service, will def be back!

West End is always consistently good. There were four of us and all the meals were great. My favorite dish there is the salmon with vegetable risotto.
