White Mulberries locations at Hay's Galleria offers a truly beautiful outdoor dining experience due to its amazing riverside location. There are plenty of outdoor seating under a glass roof which means even on rainy days you can still dine al fresco.
Expect delicious and generous brunch dishes, fantastic speciality Coffee, a wide range of Fresh juices and smoothies and world's best banana bread. We have also added alcohol and cocktails to our menu. Enjoy Espresso Martinis, Aperol, craft beer and canned wine.

Really good good and plated nicely, they keep the door to the venue open so it was chilly and staff were totally overwhelmed but we weren’t in a rush

I was really excited to try here and it was disappointing. I went with a friend and we ordered to the table at the same time via the QR code. My friends food arrived and was perfect. I waited 5 minutes after the app confirmed my Oder was on the way and approached a member of staff. The staff confirmed my order was only 5 minutes late and would bring it out. My friend had finished her food at this point. My porridge then arrived 25 minutes after ordering and was missing the peanut butter that I added and my coffee never arrived. As we were leaving I asked if I could get the coffee that didn’t arrive as a takeaway. The staff then apologised for the first time that the coffee did not arrive.

One of the best brunches! The place is super cute, and very well placed. The servers are very nice. The turmeric latte was delicious, the everyday breakfast was sooo good (the sriracha sauce was delicious !). The banana breads are just excellent! And the nuts purees (peanut butter, almond butter) were delicious, I would like to know where they get them!

Good atmosphere and quite cozy, but a bit pricy for the portion size! Also our food was cold when brought to the table

It was abit busy on a Saturday but luckily booked a table via Open Table App. Great service and awesome food too. Ps. Use the Q R code provided to order your food if it is busy.

The online order system is extremely confusing, you have to confirm the order again after paying . Then even after finally placing the order i waited 25 minutes for coffee to arrive and then our food order didn’t go through their system so we had to wait further for it. Staff were rude when i tried to speak to them at the till. Expensive menu , £2.50 just to add a spoonful of peanut butter and £17 for eggs, bacon and avocado. Very lovely location and aesthetic.

They forgot one of our orders and we had to remind them multiple times. It seemed all very disorganized.

Planned this for a special occasion. On arrival I was told that the kitchen was out of order. There was hardly any pastries, 2 muffins and a brownie was all that was available in the entire shop. The table had not been set up… No one informed me of the kitchen … I booked a table of 5 and the person who was on duty was not even aware of my booking. We left needless to say. And I won’t return .

I made a reservation days ahead to grab a quick breakfast before seeing Christmas markets and specified it was for a birthday. I think the staff forgot we were coming because no table was reserved, and we were put at an outside table that had to be cleared. It was too cold to sit outside for long so we moved inside when others left. We were told we could only sit there for an hour because the table was reserved for later (I thought this was ironic since we had also made a reservation). We were chastised for attempting to sit before the table had been sprayed down (I understand this need during Covid, but the staff was unnecessarily rude especially to my friend whose birthday we were celebrating). The food and lattes two of us ordered were excellent, but my other friend ordered soup that didn’t deliver for nearly 30 minutes. We needed to meet others at the Christmas market so we asked for a soup refund, and we were told they couldn’t issue a refund because we ordered from the QR code (I have no idea if a refund really isn’t possible if ordering from the code or not). Overall the food was good, but the rest of the experience (staff attitude specifically) made me want to check out other places.
