Inspired by Roman street cuisine, Renee Erickson and team bring you Willmott's Ghost, an Italian centric restaurant in the Amazon Spheres. Featuring seasonal offerings from our local famers & fishermen. Pizza

Reservations are bookable for indoor, we offer bar seating as a first come first serve basis.

Groups of 9+ we set a family style email us at willmottsghost@eatseacreatures.com to learn more about hosting a large group reservation.

such good pizza, such a great vibe. and the location is one of the coolest you will ever find.

We were hopeful for a cool and new dining experience, but disappointed! The outside is very beautiful when lit, but the inside is underwhelming. Service was slow, food options are minimal and the appetizers don’t come with bread, must order separately. We ended up leaving for a real meal at another restaurant after drinks were FINALLY delivered.

Staff was very nice until we asked for any substitutions and then very stingy. Small portions for the price. Also it was my wife’s birthday and instead of offering a free dessert, they brought out a single candle on a piece of paper.

We had hopeful expectations for this interesting restaurant location. It turned out to be not very cozy. Loud and brightly lit and uneven in the service. The food was interesting. Flavorful small portions. Very expensive. My impression was that they were a new inexperienced restaurant, but they have actually been open for years.

Alejandro was very sweet and attentive. The other server, whose name I did not know was cold, disinterested, and was everything opposite of someone with good hospitality skills. Seems to have a perpetual chip on us shoulders and almost seems to resent cordial and friendly interactions. It actually ruined what could have otherwise been a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff were so kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet and cozy.

The restaurant was out of three of their five entrées and the 2 remaining ones were pork and fish, which some people in the party don’t eat. I don’t normally leave reviews, but it was definitely disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday dinner. I actually understand the concept because I’m in the industry but being out of 60% of the entree choices is excessive. Clearly there’s an issue with the Par’s.
