   My wife and I both had the beef and Ale pie and it was wonderful, except that a small amount of gravy to pour over the inside of the pie would have made it even better.

   Had lunch here, very nice. We had a grilled Cajun ciabatta and soup. They were busy but all was great. Lovely outlook and fresh flowers on table.

   Visited today with family and had a lovely Sunday lunch. Lots of meat choices and also a veggie roast option. Meal was superb and service friendly. Would recommend Woodys as a great Sunday lunch option.

   We were at Woodies for a special lunch. We had Lamb and Steak and Ale pie. Both really good. Then we finished off with Apple Crumble with Custard. Again it was really good. And a bottle of the house red wine. We'll be going to Woodies again!!

   Excellent food and great service . We had 4 x Sunday roast and a burger from the main menu. Roasts we're hot and plentiful. Burger was a good portion size, cooked well and served with chips and salad. Service was good and quick.

   Some of the best pub food I've had, it tasted like it was cooked on the premises as opposed to the usual identikit menu from a generic food services company, where it is just heated up and served. Will return.
