   Woodies does very good pub food, with a wide choice. Our meal was again of good quality, and the service was prompt, friendly and efficient.

   Always good here but was disappointed with the Sunday roast as it had a small portion of veg and meet was just pre sliced and slightly dry around edges. We booked for a 60th wedding anniversary as it’s been brilliant before, but were disappointed on this occasion.

   Lovely food and atmosphere. Service was good. Only issue was several glasses needed to be changed as they were not clean enough. Need to check when laying the table and preparing the drinks.

   This is a really excellent pub. You don’t find many pubs now that do nice fresh food for a reasonable price with super friendly service. I love it there. Yorkshire puddings are perfect.

   Wonderful opportunity for our family to meet in comfortable surroundings to mark a special occasion! & one less worry as we were able to bring our dogs’ Giving us a room of our own extended the ability for us to mingle without getting in others way! They even kindly extended our starting times due to a party getting stuck in traffic! The 😇staff was exceptional & attended to all our needs! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH WOODIES! U made us all very Happy & the occasion, smoothly memorable! 💕🌈
