The shareable steak is a scam. The weight is not accurate and would have been more steak for the party at a lower cost if they would have just ordered it individually. Had a business dinner and asked for a private area - they surrounded us with multiple tables with screaming kids and would not move us to areas that were clearly unused. The staff was slow to rotate to the tables so many glasses were empty as the party was looking for staff for refills. Then you get the bill and wonder why you paid so much for this poor of an experience.

Nice ambiance, but seems like there is a shortage of staff, so service was not at tip top as my last visit compare to this round.

The young lady waitress, unfortunately did not take down her name was very accommodative and at tentative as we forgot to tell her we cannot manage raw food due to our health reasons.

Jun provided outstanding service. The food was excellent and the ambience perfect - loved the music and it did not drown out the conversation

Expected the steaks to be more tender but wasn’t the case. Service was good & waiting staff were attentive. The table allocated wasn’t ideal as it was near to the entrance & not much privacy despite calling them ahead of time to provide a table with more privacy.

Was really looking forward to visiting the Singapore branch. Service was lacklustre with little knowledge of the steaks. Food was delicious and ambience good. The staff could have been smarter about where they sat us as the restaurant at the back wasn’t so busy but sat us right next to another couple when there was better space elsewhere. Just ok.

Beautiful ambience, lovely music. The starters were lovely. Steak was cooked well. However, not a big fan of the steak sauce or how the fusion Chinese styled stir fried long beans felt against the steak. Also felt that the steak shouldn't have been resting on the sweet potato mash as well as it spoilt the flavour of the steak.
