Great food, server and staff. Staff was on point with removing dirty plates and answers refilling drinks. Seafood was the bomb 💜

WSW was really good, they have one of the best buffets In Hilo, reasonably priced and very good service. Loved the steamed crab!!! Will be going back soon 🥰

The steak and lobster were great, but the sautéed vegetables was mostly green and red peppers and not enough mushrooms or broccoli

The "steakhouse" is actually a buffet that charges $55 for dinner and "fruit juice." It isn't listed on their website so don't trust what you read from them. Loud and super overpriced.

Party of 4, celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately our experience was lacking. Our server seemed too busy or didn’t care. No greeting, just “what can I get for you?”. We had to ask about the fresh catch. Was told ahi, no description of the dish. Drinks took over 10 minutes to get…they were sodas. The refills we requested after the appetizer came as we finished our entrees. I ordered the ribeye. What I got was a piece of prime rib that was thrown on the grill. Super dry and hard to eat. Feeling duped. I ordered medium for reference. Steak and potatoes both came out lukewarm warm and veggies were not fully cooked. Sad about this. Was hoping Hilo had a great steakhouse. To be fair, my other guests enjoyed their entrees but felt the same way I did about the service. Will not be suggesting WSW.

Everything was good except that one of the main entree, the prime rib, was terrible. It was tough and personally I don’t even think it was prime rib. I had previously dined there and the prime rib was really good but not last night.

The sea food collection is really good. Enjoyed the catch of day and king crab. The chicken dish is not up to the mark. Also, I am looking for more variety of soup and fruits. I could not find any fruits, which is something unusual for not having in Hawaii. Need to request certain things like coffee and anything hot,like water or tea.
