                                                                                        Fabulous in every aspect. Potato taco with pork belly to start terrific. Snapper dish one of the most flavorful fish dishes I’ve ever had. Terrific value Service top notch. Only critique was the noise level.

                                                                                        We had really great service yesterday at Xalisko. The mango margarita was delicious. We ordered the bone marrow and the cheese for the appetizer and fish and steak for main course . The bone mirror was out of this world :) my baby even loved it The best and most surprising thing was the guava cheesecake. I took one bite out of that and it was so delicious. I would go back just for that guava cheesecake. Lovely restaurant it was a bit loud though with the music and a lot of people there.

                                                                                        It is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the world, even better than most Mexican restaurants in Mexico. Chef Beatriz Martines carefully considered all the ingredients in what we ate and drank. Two different margaritas perfectly balanced in the alcoholic content. The seasonal salad is simply outstanding. The tamal de elite is a " trampantojo”-like dish that combines taste and presentation at the level of any awarded restaurant. And the octopus tacos came from a gastronomic paradise. The tortillas, the cheese, the octopus, and the potatoes were meticulously prepared. Finally, a very good carajillo and a cafe de olla with incredible eggnog foam. The service with the characteristic Mexican charm. Keep doing the things at this level.

                                                                                        The whole experience was fantastic. The drinks, food, live music, and service were all spot on. However, if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this is not it. We can’t wait to go back.
