Xiquita is a highly anticipated restaurant that brings the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Mexico City to the Mile High City. Inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Mexico, Xiquita offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the country's indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques. Led by Chef Erasmo Casiano, the restaurant's name, Xiquita, is a playful twist on "chiquita," a term of endearment for Casiano's mother, and a nod to the indigenous languages of Mexico.

At Xiquita, diners can expect to find dishes that are both authentic and innovative. The menu features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, such as tamales and tortillas, made with locally sourced ingredients. Guests can also enjoy unique creations like the Infladita de Carne Apache, a play on steak tartare, and the Tikin Xic, a Yucatan dish featuring fish grilled over charcoal in a banana leaf.

Man, such deep flavors! We had the ceviche - so unique with a coconut cream base topped with cilantro and chile oils, the Tamal Oaxaqueno, the Hoja de Santo wrapped queso, and the pork belly. Everything was prepared excellently and each sauce and flavor palette interesting, complex and delightful! The fresh Tamal and tortillas were light and delicious!! Also, our server, Sara, was fun, attentive and informative. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes, as they are all unique and beg to be tasted!

Authentic Mexican and Spanish cuisine with a fine dining quality to it was a unique and exceptional experience. This will be a must go to spot for years to come. The ceviche stole the show and the wait staff was attentive and super helpful offering suggestions and sharing knowledge of each dish.

I moved to Denver from the Bay Area 8 months ago and Xiqita has been hands down my favorite dining experience thus far. The food is INCREDIBLE. The cocktails were creative takes on classics and delicious! This gem is so worth the traffic to venture in to the city from the burbs. We will be back

This is one of Denver's outstanding restaurants, a tour of great Mexican flavors by a veteran chef of Mexico City and other regions. Everything fresh, interesting, flavorful, differentiated. A wow. Bar noise can be loud but what else is new...
