   While the hostess was super helpful and friendly on a busy Friday night at peak time - the experience went downhill from there. Server was disorganized, over-amped and acted like we were doing him a favor by sitting in his section from the first. Literally threw a coffee spoon on the table at one point. Seemed agitated and annoyed. Maybe he was just having a bad day but it seriously detracted from what could have been a good experience. The food was solid but at the very high end of price - same entrees (Steak Frittes, Chicken breast, Ravioli) can be found in other establishments with better service for 20-30% less. If you're going to up-charge by that much the experience and service should match. Ive heard others have had a similar experience. So - food is good if you cant find another place to eat. But overall it made me miss Mezzaluna's menu and service. Id say skip it unless there are no other options.

   ZigZag was incredible. The location in Aspen is perfect whether coming off or on the slopes, or a great night out. I had both lunch and drinks there before dinner. The ambiance is cozy and cool, with a buzzing crowd. The service is friendly and efficient. Now, the food, it is also fantastic. For lunch I loved the French onion soup and the chicken sandwich. The chicken was fried to perfection and the pickles added the perfect acidity. Will absolutely be coming back!

   The restaurant was very cold! I would’ve enjoyed the dinner more if I wasn’t shivering!!

   Great ambience from the moment you walk in. The food was delicious and the drinks were so good. The service was great, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations. Definitely a great spot and will be going again. Highly recommend.

   Air quality is terrible due to the wood oven. I felt like I was inhaling smoke from burning plastic the entire dinner. The staff opened the door for ventilation and then I was very cold.

   The service was perfect from beginning to end. Our waiter was courteous and helpful, ensuring that our whole meal experience was flawless. The best part, however, was the food! We decided to order family style and im so happy we did. Everything was fantastic! The steak tartare was my favorite but my cohort said the grilled cheese was the best he'd ever had. Oh and the white pizza! Definitely order that!

    For a moment I thought I was back in Chamonix. The room felt intimate and inviting. My server was wonderful, helping me decide on my selections. The scallops were delicate and were the perfect start to a perfect meal. Chicken sometimes gets overlooked, but I wanted to try it and I was so happy I did. It was amazing, I loved the seasoning. Next time I’ll try the fish. I’ve heard it’s one of a kind. Dessert and coffee rounded out the evening. I’m looking forward to returning for lunch.
