                                            I have eaten here now twice in two months. My first experience was not super great. This was not much better. The greeter could not seem to find my reservation or count the amount of people in my party (3). The server was much better than previous and spent time at our table however our food came out after two tables sat after us and again the food was lukewarm at best. I was looking forward to my supper as I hadn’t had much all day and ordered the steak special. It was so salty I could not eat it. I took it home as my husband liked it and didn’t want it to waste. Then we got stopped by two workers on the way to our seat claiming we brought in outside food without even asking. I think next show we will eat at another venue.

                                            The food was flavorful and enjoyable, but I noticed the effects of the high sodium content later when my wedding ring felt unusually snug. While the service wasn’t terrible, it fell short of being truly attentive; we weren’t ignored, but it didn’t leave a memorable impression either. That said, the convenience of dining at the Holland before a show was a definite advantage. However, the overall experience—when considering both the food and service—wasn’t compelling enough for me to make it my choice again in the future.

                                            Food was on point all around , I had the Halibut and my wife the chicken Marsala, just right size portions , we did I have the carrot cake and tart for desert which were both surprisingly good - Good atmosphere and excellent choice before the symphony- we will definitely be back again and again - highly recomend!

                                            The Whiskey Steak had wondeful flavor, however it was full of gristle. Christmas tradition of eating at Zinc, was not good this time. My mother ordered hers Medium Well and mine was to be Well Done. Wonderful flavor with the first bite. Consecutive bites were 99% gristle. We opted not to finish them. Our waitress was very kind and saw to it that we got a small discount. We asked her to advise against the steak for other patrons. It was not the fault of the cook or the waitstress. We did leave a 20% tip on the total bill before discount. We may change our Symphony night to exclude Zinc in the future.

                                            Dining at the same location as the show is very convenient. Very few diners enjoyed this with us as only 3-4 tables were occupied on Saturday afternoon. Menu is limited for lunch and unfortunately the items we had hoped to order were not on the lunch menu which we were given after the original. The meatloaf was tasty although not very warm. Turkey club and salmon bowl both got thumbs up by our group. We had our left overs boxed up which they do and hold in the frig for later pickup after the show. A good service for customers.
