                                                                                                              Our food took such a long time even though there were only one or two other tables seated. Our mussels were dangerously old, and our two side dishes were obviously old and merely reheated. Our second entree never arrived, thank goodness. Our waitress was rude and the manager did not charge us for the dinner after I explained and he investigated and agreed, but he still charged us $30 for one glass of wine and one cup of tea, and I would have hoped he would haves comped those. He even had the gall to ask if we waited to leave a tip. Eat here at your own risk, as Anthony Bourdain says, eating bad mussels is how people die.

                                                                                                              Overall it was a good experience. The steak was delicious and the pizza also. Deviled eggs were different but not bad. Service was ok but still recommend. View was excellent

                                                                                                              I like Zinque. I’ve been a few times but not everything on the menu is great. Some things are fantastic and what i tried this time both the entree and dessert were not worthy of a restaurant of this caliber. The salad our table shared was good and the other two entrees were liked by my friends.

                                                                                                              The food, drinks, and atmosphere were great! We had a wonderful time, but our waiter was very rude. He made the overall experience uncomfortable. We’d love to come back. But if we are ever seated in that waiter’s section again, we’ll opt for another restaurant.

Left there 4 hours ago and still fired up over how places like this can stay in business. Super basic food, server was not bad at all, but my god was my family treated as if we were just another cash grab. Spent $300 for 2 adults and 2 kids under 8 yo. And never stopped ordering food and drinks from moment we sat. Yet we were told that our 2 hour time limit we had was up, keeping in mind it took 20 min for someone to acknowledge us at our table. Left 20% tip because wasn’t the server I was upset with. She was actually attentive. But couldn’t believe a restaurant with such flat and basic food was telling me TO LEAVE while I was waiting for my $300 bill. Bizarro world experience.

                                                                                                              Despite a very busy boat parade night, this restaurant delivered on all counts. Outdoor patio was warm and provided great ambience. So many great and healthy choices on the menu, all offered at reasonable prices, particularly for Newport waterfront.
