   One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. We had a confirmed reservation for 9 PM, yet we were left waiting 35 minutes just to be seated. That alone was frustrating, but it didn’t stop there. Several of the waiters were outright rude, adding to the negative vibe. Once we finally got to our table, it took over an hour for the food to arrive, and even something as simple as getting a glass of beer took 15-20 minutes. Completely unacceptable, especially considering we had booked the reservation two days in advance. To top it all off, the food was far from impressive—average at best, nothing memorable. This entire experience was a huge letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.

   The owners and staff have built a dining experience like no other in Toronto. The food is absolutely fabulous and consistent as we have been dining there for many many years. The outdoor patio and ambience inside is top shelf! A must visit if you are a local or visitor to the city. 5 Star plus for Zitto Zitto!!

   This is my 4th time at Zitto .The wine was chosen with the owner I was taken to the wine celler and she helped me make a great pick at my price point. We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass which had great flavour served with asparagus ..we would have liked it if there was some sauce with it but honestly it was pretty good without.. The veal chop was cooked perfectly and we ordered it when seeing it arrive at the neighbouqhing table. Looked so good..we shared a blackforest cake..not the best. But everything else was YUM..We will go back and hope to sit on their patio in the sun..!

    Very nice food and service ,,, the Tuesday they have half price on portefhouse 32 OZ ,, thank you so much for the experience it was amazing .
