Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique.

We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating.

Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

Michelin Awarded and James Beard Nominated Chefs Niven Patel from Ghee, Paya & Erba and Pablo Zitzmann from Zitz Sum, Dojo & Room Service will create a 8 course tasting menu highlighting South Florida's generous bounty. All tickets are non refundable at the time of purchase. If cancelled the total cost can be used as a store credit.

Excellent brunch pricing for an abundant amount of food. The dishes were beautifully prepared and aesthetically appealing. Everything was delicious and fresh. Though I was missing out the fusion influence the restaurant is known for.

It was a great experience. We did the tasting menu. it is a great spot to have great food, or even a fun date night. the menu is constantly changing so if you go often you will definitely experience new concepts and flavor profiles.

We did the tasting menu and it was an incredible experience. 8 courses of some of the best food I’ve ever had. We also did the wine pairing which included 4 really nice glasses of wine. The service was top notch. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a special experience with great food.

Very good food for Michelin nivel. The service need a small focus on the customer to be 1✨ . ( example: 2 différents menu on the same table, 2 dishes out of stock at 9.15. Ok, but: the customer have to be informed before to be ready to order) At list , the chef give us a free appetizers. We ll be back for hopefully a greatest time.

Ran out of several items, tiny portion sizes and just overall not a great experience. Food was tasty but expected better.

Luis helped us and was great. He was very attentive and made sure to stay around. The best dish were the dumplings. Everything had such an interesting taste and wonderful presentation.
