Come for the ambiance, stay for the cuisine. Enjoy Italian-inspired dishes with Texas flair, regional wines, and clink-worthy cocktails. The newly renovated and refreshed Zocca serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner; as well as daily Happy Hour and Weekend Brunch. A late night menu is also available from 10pm-12am in the Zocca Lounge. Live Music can also be enjoyed on Thursday evenings. Guests can expect craveable items in an indoor-outdoor setting right along the San Antonio River Walk. Special events take place year round and the indoor-outdoor bar offers a walk-up component for River Walk patrons.

                                      Had made a reservation through open table in advance, took an 8 hour trip to show up to Zocca for New Year’s Eve to only be rudely told that she does not know how we got that reservation and that there is nothing that can be done. So long story short got screwed out of having a nice dinner for new years to not having anything at all cause all other restaurants already had reservations or were at capacity.

                                      The salad was good - we split it and had to ask for another plate. The pizza was excellent. All was good. Service was ok.

                                      Never saw a sever so we got up and left. We saw one next to our table, she smiled at me and walked by our table to another table without greetjng us! Worst restaurant experience, too bad as it seems like a nicely decorated restaurant and it looked like good food online. They were severely under staffed.

                                      The pizza and margaritas are awesome if that’s all you’re going for. The Wagyu, spaghetti and other Texas brisket dish we had were not very good. But again they have awesome margaritas definitely should maximize happy hour and their pizzais actually really good. I would highly recommend for happy hour before you go out.

                                      We were in town visiting for The Alamo Bowl. The food was actually pretty good - we had the Warm Salad and a pizza. However, two things were not good and why I would not recommend at this time: The service was REALLY slow. It was over 40 minutes before we even got our drinks, and over two hours before we finally got our check. While the Brussels sprouts were delicious, they were so overpriced it was a joke at our table. For $14 we got three tablespoons of BS. Seriously. When we complained about the portion size, the server said she would bring us another serving - and then charged us another $14. I’m not sure I’ve seen a worse “bang for the buck” in my life.

                                      The cuisine is a very high quality Michelin standard. The head maitre d’ was professionally dressed and excellent. The assistant maitre d’ needs to pay attention to dress and hair style. The waiter was very good. We were seated outside. Halfway through dinner service a couple with a very large labradoodle was seated across from us. The odor, pet dander, and whining from the animal almost ruined the dinner. The waiter and maitre d’ quickly reseated us to a quite elegant corner inside. That completely transformed the dining experience. Be cognizant of pet owners and animals allowed in the outside dining area.

                                      Great location on the Riverwalk. Caesar salad was good as were the short ribs. Pizza was mediocre. Valet Parking is a good value for downtown
