The location was beautiful. Loved the food and general dining experience. The server sam made this experience and the meal over the top.

We went to the afternoon tea at the four seasons, which never disappoints. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon with live music and got to take home some beautiful floral bouquets. It was really nice. Our waiter Christian was so helpful and on top of things we definitely will be returning to try dinner. I heard their steaks are amazing. ☺️

We enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was held on the outside covered terrace of Ravello and outside on the patio. We were originally seated outside under a giant umbrella, but even in the shade it was very hot and the thought of drinking hot tea wasn’t appealing. Thankfully we were able to move to the terrace. The food and teas were delicious and the celebratory prosecco was a treat. We had a fabulous time and want to do the afternoon tea again when it returns for the Holidays.

Went to the Afternoon Tea event. We could barely hear our waitress. She was basically whispering while we were next to the live music. At the end, we were done eating for at least 30 minutes before she came by again. We had children with us and wanted to leave. As for the food: the finger food portion was very light, while there were too many desserts. It would've been nice to have more regular food, and less desserts. It just didn't seem balanced. The food was good but some of the children's options were strange. There was a birthday cake pop and after the first bite both kids said "ew this tastes like toothpaste!". And they were spot on. What a strange flavor to have in a cake pop, let alone for kids. The other kid dessert was a red velvet cookie-- it seemed like it was just straight butter on top, strange. The third children's dessert was supposed to be a s'more. It was just Nutella, a graham cracker, and an uncooked marshmallow. Kind of lame for the price. This afternoon tea was Instagramable, music was nice, and the atmosphere was strong, but in reality it missed the mark with the actual food and service.

The restaurant is beautiful. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Our server, Jenny, was very pleasant and welcoming.
